Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.

Secure Packaging
Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope, including your original invoice and the RMA form.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewelers have inspected the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
